Wire, cable, and tube markets: South America still stands tall

From 1 to 3 October 2019 the Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Sao Paulo, Brasil, served as a gathering hub for international experts from the wire, cable and tube markets.

wire South America and TUBOTECH ran simultaneously: 186 exhibitors showcased innovative technologies, machines, and equipment over about 5,000 square metres of the new exhibition hall 1.
106 companies from 15 countries were at wire South America while 80 firms displayed their products at TUBOTECH: the interest in the South American market seems to be still high, despite the unstable economic situation in the region.
Regarding the wire and cable segment, there was a German joint participation consisting in 10 companies thrilling to demonstrate their expertise in Brazil.

Some 13,000 trade visitors - 95% of which from Brazil - went to Sao Paulo primarily from the oil and gas sector, the automotive industry, the construction sector, metal construction, and mining.
