The Management of Minonzio Srl has always set ourselves the objective of supplying products that meet our customers' needs. Today, we recognize that successful companies must continuously improve their management and production systems. To achieve these objectives in a systematic and documented manner, the Management has decided to establish and maintain a system specifically developed for that purpose.
Today, our production is organized into two specific departments:
- the Spiral Winding Department in which we have machinery that, starting from metal wire, produces spirals (casing) conforming to the specifications, dimensions and techniques required by our various customers;
- the Extrusion Department in which we have extruders that can put a plastic coating on the following types of products: the spirals produced in the winding department (the finished product is the casing); metal wire and strip; the strand metal’s cable; aluminum pipe.
In addition, we can also produce a plastic tube that is used by our customers as a shield in other types of products. Due to this Policy, MINONZIO has obtained from BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) the following Conformity Certification:
Certificate of Approval QS 9000 3rd edition quality standard (since 2000).
Certificate of Approval ISO 9002:1994 quality standard (since 1997). The Quality System is a deliberate company policy, instituted by the Management with the purpose of introducing, maintaining and documenting, in an on-going manner, a system of activities necessary for guaranteeing the characteristics demanded in products and services provided by Minonzio Srl and their continuous improvement.
The Quality Program has been implemented through the application of the following documents:
The Quality System Manual.
The Quality System Management Procedure.
Work instructions for the fabrication and inspection of products.
Forms defined by the Manual for the procedures and instructions described above.
Minonzio S.r.l. has obtained QUALITY CERTIFICATION under UNI EN ISO 9002, from BVQI Italia, since 1997. Achieving quality has only been possible by working in a systematic manner using well-thought out procedures for the purpose of improving all of the elements that make up the production system to eliminate every possibility of error and provide more and more benefits to our customers.
Today, following requests from several important customers, we've decided to expand our program and obtain an additional Quality System Certification under QS9000, 3rd Edition.
