Although a young company, UDM packs a big punch when it comes to technology, Innovation and experience. UDM was born with the idea of designing, selling and building cold drawing lines, cold rolling mills and extrusion services for non-ferrous and ferrous materials.
Our experience in the sector comes especially from the years of service and matured experience of Mr.Pierluigi Venuto who is well known and appreciated for his activity and professionalism by users around the world.
With UDM, Mr.Venuto wanted to form a team of people and collaborators in which he trusted from past experience so as to form a team that responded to all the needs of the customers with competence and experience.
UDM's goal is to make process easier while at the same time supplying the highest technology available on the market, tailor made to the each individual customer's needs.
In 2012, UDM bought a controlling share of the company TXS. TXS has been on the market for many years supplying automation and revamping of machinery and with the input of UDM is now producing our machinery.
Our group of over 20 skilled employees are divided between our two sites: - Remanzacco is the center with the administration, sales, engineering and R&D department.
- Martignacco site is specialized in automation and the manufacturing, assembly and testing of our lines. Our experience in this sector coupled with our innovation and adaptability to different problems allows us to find solutions for our customers.
