Frequency converters for induction heating applications

Frequency converters for induction heating applications

ATE manufactures and uses in its plants 4 types of static frequency converters capable of covering the entire range of applications of induction heating. These converters have been designed to have a small footprint, so as to minimize the occupying space inside the electrical panels.

ATE static frequency converters adapt to a modular structure in order to facilitate any maintenance or replacement of these modules. The cooling system can be with forced ventilation or with cooling liquid in a closed circuit, depending on the power to be dissipated.

ATE converters are also equipped with self-diagnostics and interfaces for communication with PLC and supervision PC, adapting perfectly to the "industry 4.0" model.

- PFC series static frequency converters with high-medium powers from 100kW to 2000kW (and more);
- IFC / A series static frequency converters with intermediate powers from a few tens of kW;
- IFC / S series static frequency converters with intermediate powers from a few tens of kW;
- IFC / SM series static frequency converters with high powers of kW.
