Heat Treatment Division

GF-ELTI provides furnaces and plants for custom heat treatments. The Italy-based company has a dedicated third-party heat treatment division, created in the 2000s to offer an all-round heat treatment service thanks to state-of-the-art plants.

Since the entire company equipment complies with the most restrictive international standards and is covered by multiple patents, GF-ELTI is listed in the Manufacture Process Specifics (MPS) of the players in the sector as a recognized, certified, and recommended heat treatment center. The heat treatment division boasts a UNI EN 9100 certified Quality Management System to meet the requirements of the aerospace and defense sectors.

- more than 50,000 tons per year processed;
- more than 800 tons per year of CO2 not emitted by GF-ELTI furnaces, thanks to the efficiency of the burners installed, in full compliance with eco-friendly standards;
- more than 20 plants installed in house;
- more than 15 thermic processes carried out in-house.
