Microalloyed high-strength steel strips

Thanks to its deep knowledge in the field of cold-rolled steels, INAC has expanded its range to include microalloyed high-strength steel strips.

These strips are manufactured through cold-rolling with an innovative production technology, in the following steel grades: HC260LA - HC420LA according to EN 10268, and the ZE260 - ZE1200 series with reference to EN 10268 and SEW093. Available for cold forming applications, the strips can have widths from 20 mm to 650 mm and thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 5 mm.

These special steels are used where the demand for component strength is highest and may be accompanied by a weight advantage, reducing the thickness of the final piece and keeping the same characteristics of elasticity and plasticity. Moreover, despite the high yield strength, the high elongation value allows to produce complex pieces through deep-drawing.
