Automatic bending machines for stirrup and bent bar production from rebar. 

CUT FORM 32-40
Completely automatic plant, electronically controlled, for the production of medium to large sized stirrups and bent/shaped bars, with bends on either one or both ends of the bar, as well as the cutting to length of bar material. The "CUT FORM" system, thanks to the use of a single translational mobile clamp and a bidirectional bending unit, allows the maximum production flexibility, eliminating any operator manual intervention during the work cycle, guaranteeing the maximum accuracy and excellent overall product quality.

The bar shaping/bending occurs through a series of combined actions between the mobile transporting clamp and the bending pin. In this process various patented solutions are used such as the special function of the central pin (Cut Form 32) which, in addition to being the forming element of the bidirectional bend, allows, with a rotating movement, the blockage of the bars during the bending phase, guaranteeing a perfect coplanarity in the final bent products.

Wire diameters which can be processed, with one or more bars, depending on the diameters used:
cut from 10 to 40mm (8-32 for the Cut Form 32);
bending from 10 to 32mm (8-28 for the Cut Form 32).

SYNTAX LINE 25 S
Completely automatic and electronically-programmable off-bar machine for the production of medium- and large-sized stirrups, shaped bars with bends at one or both ends as well as for the cutting-to-length of bars up to 12m. The Syntax Line 25 allows completion of the entire work cycle (cutting and shaping) on a single machine without the necessity of intermediary transport of the material from one work station to another. Manual operator intervention is hence eliminated from the entire production cycle which guarantees: safety, maximum precision and quality of the finished product. The enhanced flexibility of the machine allows production planning in such a way as to favour high production capacity, characterized by high volumes (repetition of same diameter and shape) or classification by a single construction element (different diameters, shapes and dimensions).

The Syntax Line 25, characterized by the use of exclusive solutions based on 5 of our international patents, is capable of optimizing work cycles which guarantees high productivity, precision and quality of the finished product.

Diameters processed - 8 to 25mm from bar; 2 bars processed simultaneously up to maximum diameter 16mm.
8 compartment mobile storage unit for bundles up to a length of 12000mm (other dimensions available on request).
