Saw blades for non-ferrous materials (steel, copper, brass, and plastic)

Saw blades for non-ferrous materials (steel, copper, brass, and plastic)

Moreschi designs and manufactures hard metal circular saw blades for various applications: production of semi-finished metal products, profile extrusion, foundries, forging, mechanical industries in general, automotive, and much more. These blades are perfect for cutting alloys of aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, as well as composites and PVC.

The raw metal sheets used for the production of HM blades come only from renowned steel mills. The tips, instead, are made of hard metal which results from the sintering of a mixture of tungsten carbide (WC) and cobalt (Co) powders in different percentages (depending on the desired application).

The Italy-based company also develops custom sharpening geometries to achieve the best possible performance in cutting the widest range of materials: variable pitches and rake angles, carbide or cermet teeth (a very complex material made of ceramic components dispersed in a metallic binder).
