Assembly machines for spools - BS Series

Equipped with a PLC system installed in a metal cabinet with four electronic welding controllers and five servo motor drives, this machines operates fully automatically. The four stations are automatically integrated by a carousel feeder.

Stn.#1
This station contains the magazine for the 60 mm rings (center ring).

Stn.#2
Magazine for spokes that automatically supplies a welding unit. The welding unit attaches the spokes to the center ring.

Stn.#3
Contains the magazine for the 300 mm rings (outer rings), and a welding unit to weld the outer ring to the spokes on the center ring.

Stn.#4
Spoolside magazine for Stn.#5 that contains two pieces.

Stn.#5
Welding station for winding spokes and spoolsides. Also containing the magazine for winding spokes.

Stn.#6
Welding station and a magazine for center spokes.

Stn.#7
Assembling area for completed spools.
