Wire bars straightening, cutting and chamfering

Nuova Fer. Bo. Vil performs third party straightening, cutting and chamfering processings on metal wire. Starting from wire coils, the company can produce bars up to 7m lengths.

Workable materials mostly include:
- chrome bright wire
- hot-dip galvanized wire
- stainless steel wire
- spring wire

With regard to the stainless steel, the company can straighten wire diameters between 0.8 mm and 10 mm; as for all the other materials from 0.8mm to 12 mm.

All types of machining can be performed on other materials upon request, based on technical data provided by the customers.
