Cold formed hollow and half-hollow rivets

Tubular and semi-tubular rivets are produced with a two-blow and single die press. They differ from solid rivets for the presence of a hole on the stem and they can be of a maximum length of 65 mm.

Reworking or machining
Threading up to M8; simple, inter-crossed and personalized knurling.

Heat treatments
In-house heat treatments in inert atmosphere, hardening and tempering, carbonitriding.

Surface treatments
Zinc plating with and without Cr VI, copper plating, electrolytical zinc plating, chemical nickel plating and in sulphate bath, tin plating, dacromet, deltatone, delta seal, Geomet.
