“HDC” Black ceramic coated capstans

"HDC" coating has been tested and extensively used with surprising performances on capstans for steel wire dry drawing up to 8 mm. The most important manufacturing companies have been using this coating since over 20 years with excellent results. RTP Paganoni has the ability to coat parts supplied by the customer as well as to manufacture new brand ones, on customer drawing.

The black ceramic is Chrome Oxide based. The parts with "HDC" coating offer excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The level of finishing attainable with "HDC" is excellent, too.
