Spinner for fasteners cleaning and degreasing

In addition to the high speed thread rolling machines, Talleres Saspi also produces spinners for fasteners cleaning and degreasing.

The spinner reduces to a minimum the oil that tends to stick to the blanks. It is equipped with a tilting ramp which fills the drum with parts. Cleaning times are set and regulated by an adjustable timer. Cleaned parts then slide to the elevator box and are consequently unloaded to a high capacity holding chute, before being dumped into containers or tubs.
