Cortinovis single torsion wire armouring and screening machines

Single torsion machines to be used for pay-off and take up reels of 1000-1600 mm.

A rotating single torsion pay off and a rotating take up rewind the cable putting it in rotation. On this cable, wires from static pay offs are applied, to apply copper or aluminium screens or steel wire armourings. The simple process allows the use of a very wide range of pay-offs for wires, from coils, packs, bobbins according to the requirement of the process. The stationary line of wires allows the easy application of wire straighteners. On the line a wide range of taping heads can be inserted.
