Ash mixer

The ash mixer series is an ideal solution for various products that once pulverized, are mixed to obtain a homogenous composition to be assayed or amalgamated with other components.

There is a double concentric spiral of discontinuous blades on a shaft inside a steel chamber, this creates a contro-convergent mass movement that mixes different materials even with different specific weights towards a central exit spout.

The mixer have various optional components such as the electro-pneumatic spout unloading, electronic weighing of loading cells, dosage programmers with digital or computerized displays.
