Economic Processor for Diameter or Capacitance Measurement, Data Acquisition, Processing, Display & Control
The system features real-time, multi-tasking data processing and control. USYS 20 accepts measurements from a broad line of ZUMBACH gauges covering a diameter or width range from 0.012 mm (0.00047 in.) to 310mm (12.2 in.) with a selectable resolution of up to 0.00001mm (0.0000004 in.).

The USYS 200 has been developed for use with a single sensor such as ODAC for diameter, ODEX for concentricity/diameter or CAPAC for capacitance measurement. It uses the same technological platform that has been proven with the multi-sensor USYS 2100 (USYS 2000) and USYS 8100 (USYS 8000) processors, however, supporting one measuring point only makes the price of the USYS 200 substantially lower. Fault detectors such as KW lump/neckdown units and Spark Testers, as well as a proximity switch for length information can also be connected.
The processor communicates with a Host and can be integrated into networks in the same way as the well-known USYS 2100/8100 models.

The USYS IPCe systems are an alternative to the other processor and display units of the USYS series.
