Co.El. has been successfully operating on the market of springs since 1961. Thanks to its organization and structure, Co.El. guarantees:
- the manufacturing of large as well as of small quantities;
- the adaptability of the final product to different uses and to the customers’ requirements;
- the certification lSO 9001:2008;
- SPC certificate.

In 1961 Ippolito Cortesi bought the first winder machine in order to produce springs. Since then there has been a gradual but continuous productive evolution. Following the desire to face new challenges, in 1972 Co.El., together with 12 companies, founded the ANCCEM (Associazione Nazionale dei Mollifici Italiani) in Brescia. In 1980 the company was restructured to satisfy the need of change and expansion.

As a consequence, Co.El. Componenti Elastici was founded to start a new entrepreneurial phase.
