EIB operates in the electronics and electrical engineering sector, supplying products and services in various divisions such as: panel construction, plant engineering at all levels, hardware and software personalized designs, after-sales assistance and technical assistance for ordinary and extraordinary repairs and maintenance.
The group was born from the merger, which took place in 1998, between EIB and IMAT Automazioni, which had both been operating in the field since the 1970s.
The headquarters in Oggiono include an engineering workshop where the control panels are assembled and wired, a spacious and well-stocked warehouse and modern offices where the projects are analyzed, developed and carried out.
The company's strengths are:
- an internal engineering department that designs the machine electical system, the drawing of the diagrams with three CAD stations, the management of standard software and machine safety softeares through PLC of the leading brands;
- a production department specialized in all the assembly of MV applicatons, cabins and panels, ensurs final product testing, full tecnichal support and after-sales assistance;
- a technical assistance service that ensures timely, rapid and effective interventions.
Since 2000, EIB has been awarded with ISO 9001 Quality Certification; EIB quality policy is based on understanding and meeting the needs and expectations of existing and potential customers, on the continuous improvement of processes, and on an efficient organizational structure that gives credit to employees and their technical skills.
