Cavalier Giovanni Battista Manenti, founder of ANCCEM, has passed away

Cavalier Giovanni Battista Manenti, entrepreneur and leading figure for the Italian spring industry, passed away at the age of 99.

 

His role in the founding of ANCCEM

 

In 1972, Cavalier Manenti founded ANCCEM with the vision and determination to establish an association capable of representing the Italian spring manufacturing sector. Through dialogue and training, he supported the technical, professional and cultural development of the industry.

 

Father of the Manenti brothers of Manentimacchine based in Gussago (Brescia), he retired from professional activity in 2012.

 

In 2022, the association marked the 50th anniversary of its founding, a milestone that confirms the strength and continued relevance of the path initiated by Cavalier Manenti.

 

ANCCEM, together with Expometals, expresses its deepest condolences and joins the Manenti family in mourning. Cav. Manenti will be remembered with sincere gratitude as a figure who left a lasting mark on the history of the association.

 

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, at 3:00 p.m. at the parish church of Monticelli Brusati (Brescia).
