The DLN10 by CERSA MCI is a high-speed in-line gauge designed for precise measurement of wire and cable diameter, non-circularity, and surface flaws during production.
Featuring a 3-axis measurement architecture, the DLN10 captures the full cross-section geometry of the product, ensuring reliable detection of ovality and shape deviations that may be missed by conventional two-axis gauges.
With a measurement rate of up to 250,000 measurements per second per axis, the system provides extremely dense sampling of the product. This enables accurate detection of short defects and real-time monitoring of diameter fluctuations directly on the production line.
