Brinell hardness tester for castings, forgings, and rolled parts

Brinell hardness tester for castings, forgings, and rolled parts

Integral Revolver is an industrial Brinell hardness tester with a self-bearing structure, designed for hardness testing on forged, cast, and hot-rolled parts, combining a reinforced frame with advanced technology. Available in multiple configurations, it supports Brinell scales up to 3000 kg. Thanks to the Easydur-developed hardness head, the system can be fitted with various interchangeable accessories (penetrators, load cells, optical units, and integrated milling or marking systems) to meet both laboratory and production needs, fully compliant with Industry 4.0 standards.

One system, three smart configurations

Integral is available with three interchangeable heads:

1. Multi-scale turret head: up to 12 slots for load cells, penetrators, and optical units, supporting Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, and Knoop tests.

2. Vertical milling head: features a built-in milling system (up to 5 mm) for surface preparation of rough or oxidized parts. Both milling depth and speed are adjustable — ideal for oxide and scale removal.

3. Tangential milling head: designed for light milling (up to 2 mm) on pipes, cylinders, or other sensitive components.

Brinell precision meets automation

Integral Revolver guarantees compliance with UNI EN ISO 6506-1, 6507-1, 6508-1, ASTM E10, and ASTM E18, and offers:

- CNC-controlled vertical axis (without lifting screw)
- 100,000-division load resolution
- 5 MP autofocus camera for automatic indent reading
- Statistical reports with CP, CPK, and Gaussian curves
- Full integration with marking systems, AGVs, and overhead cranes

Built for industrial environments

The machine includes a customizable worktable with options such as T-slots, manual, pneumatic, or hydraulic clamps. It is also available in a pit-mounted version to facilitate part loading with forklifts or pallet jacks, and can be seamlessly integrated into production lines thanks to Industry 4.0 compatibility.

This is a complete and modular solution, ideal for quality control in the metallurgical sector, combining robustness, precision, and automation.
