The Italian firm Microstudio is today a company focused in manufacturing of instruments for the control of mechanical parts, mainly springs.
It is very sensible to the customer’s requirements, because a strong attention to these problems leads to create items reliable and functional more and more.
Microstudio’s calibration laboratory.
The standard of quality requires more and more verifications and inspections of the test instruments; furthermore, generally speaking, the verification of a good functionality of a tester is not within everybody’s grasp especially for compression or torsion spring load testers.
In order to offer to the Customers the best service and to assure the perfect functionality of the instruments with the time, Microstudio has established a calibration laboratory. The Microstudio calibration laboratory is equipped with an ISO 9001 quality system, certified from Bureau Veritas (BVQI) - Sincert in accordance with ISO IEC 17025:2005 conditions.
Due to this operation, Microstudio is today the first calibration laboratory specialized in spring testing equipments, with specific procedures finalized for their adjustment.
Then Microstudio is able to supply a full maintenance service for test and gauging instruments, from calibration report draft in accordance with ISO 17025 to the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
The calibration check concerns not only the load test, but the accuracy of the measured dimensions, the planarity of the plates and all the checks provided from the procedures for spring testers.
Under this context, Microstudio is able to solve with his competence any problem that has been found.
