The MC54 is a high-performance equipment to select medium and large batches, that allows the verification of the length and loads of compression springs with an additional station for spring setting.
The use of brushless motors and perfect mechanical construction, in addition to low energy consumption, gives to the machine exceptional performance, with a speed test that can exceed 4000 parts / hour.

MicroStudio’s story began in 1988 when Mr. Calafà (the company’s founder) installed the first camera in the world for measuring springs in an Italian spring manufacturing plant.
