MicroStudio LED50TORS - New on board camera control system for shaped and torsion springs.
After having introduced the first on board camera system in the dimensional control of compression springs, Microstudio with the new LED50tors managed to solve the problem of dimensional control even on torsion springs and bent wire. Installed on forming machines, spring formers, torsion and bending machines, the gauge can control the geometry (lengths, angles, radii, distances, distances, etc..) of torsion springs, bent wire and cut pieces.
Developed by the experience with the automatic profile projector LED2D, the powerful and easy software allows the operator to create specific control plans for each spring and analyze different views over the spring. For more details visit the company's online stand.
