It is said that everything is already invented, but nevertheless we in Microstudio boast of showing every Wire edition some high-technology products, used in measurements and production control. There our six good reasons to visit us.
For production.
SCR: high speed camera tester with automatic loader, specific for the 100% test of the dimensions of springs or shaped parts.
MC54: high productivity load tester with setting station, equipped with revolving table for the control of middle/big quantities.
PMF: fatigue test machine suitable for tension or compression springs.
For the quality control.
LED2D: for the measurements in the quality control (and in workshop too) of the profiles; it is an absolute instrument, quick in setting up, easy and gives immediate answers.
LED4D: it is an analyser of the deformation, of the side and torsion stress of the compression spring under load.
PTZ: New automatic torsion tester, improved in accuracy and in using possibilities thanks to new, extremely intuitive software.
