Matthias Kramer appointed sole managing director of MSG Solutions

MSG Maschinenbau will now operate under the name MSG Solutions, marking an important step in its strategic development. Alongside the renaming, there has also been a management change: as of early 2025, Matthias Kramer is the sole managing director of MSG Solutions GmbH.

Mr. Kramer was already a partner and member of the management team and now assumes the position previously shared with company founder Thomas Schulte. Mr. Schulte, whose technical vision and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for MSG’s success, will remain actively involved in the next phase of the company as an important advisor and expert.
