NDC Technologies, a leading global provider of measurement and control systems, joined officials from Dayton Development Coalition, Montgomery County and the City of Huber Heights at a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the first phase of its newly renovated headquarters at 8001 Technology Boulevard, Dayton Ohio.
“This is a great day for our organization,” said Dave Roland, President of NDC Technologies. “NDC has been a pioneer in the measurement and controls industry for over 50 years, because we aim high and hire great people. Our newly renovated headquarters is just the continuation of our journey as we simplify, focus and execute our business plan to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction and innovation to drive future growth.”
“We’re thrilled NDC Technologies chose to expand its Huber Heights facility and relocate its headquarters to the Dayton Region,” said Mitch Heaton, Vice President of Economic Development for the Dayton Development Coalition. “NDC is another example of how companies come to the Dayton Region, see the benefits, stay and build their company. I’ve been honored to work with NDC staff as many of them relocate to the region, and I know they will love living here as much as I do.”
“NDC Technologies’ decision to expand and bring 42 new jobs to Huber Heights speaks to the competitiveness of Ohio and the Dayton Region,” said JobsOhio Managing Director for Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace, Glenn Richardson. “This cutting-edge facility is another example of a high-tech innovator investing and growing in Ohio, and we look forward to working with NDC to continue that success.”
“We are looking forward to the company’s expansion here, and we welcome their investment in our region. This is another fine example of how Montgomery County’s long-term strategy to attract more hi-tech, advanced manufacturing business is paying off,” said Dan Foley, President of the Board of County Commissioners.
“The City of Huber Heights is excited that NDC Technologies has expanded their operation and relocated their headquarters at the Center Point 70 location,” says Robert Schommer, Huber Heights City Manager. “The collaboration between NDC, the City, Montgomery County, DDC and JobsOhio helped create an expedited, smooth process for their expansion. We are proud that they now call the City of Huber Heights their official home.”
Joining NDC’s President and local officials were Jo Hallas, Business Group Director for Spectris’ In-line Instrumentation and Industrial Controls segments, the NDC leadership team, over 60 employees from the Dayton facility, key local customers and building contractors for the project.
