1) The i300 Inspection Machine is designed to control fasteners from M4x20mm up to M12x100mm quickly and accurately. It is specifically fitted for the automotive and aerospace sectors, granting the best quality according to Industry 4.0 requirements.
2) The 3R125HD Rolling Machine is designed for high precision rolling.
A Direct Drive and the zero-backlash gear reducers on three spindles grant perfect die matching and quick set-up. The machine is also Siemens PLC-S7-300 controlled for easy maintenance and automation.
3) Last but not least, the new Cube R12 measures high-precision fasteners for the aerospace and medical sectors. The cube is equipped with many advanced features, such as the addition of the rotation, which leads to better accuracy (thanks also to the new 12 MPixel cameras).
