CF2000, a new addition to Regg Inspection’s catalog

Regg Inspection designs and manufactures high-quality inspection systems for screws and fasteners, ideal for mechanical recesses control, eddy current crack detection, hardness checks, and other special applications.

The Italy-based company has recently updated its product portfolio with a brand-new awesome addition: the CF2000 model (which you can see in action in the video at the bottom of this article) is designed to inspect ground components for the Automotive sector and more precisely to check all the dimensional, profile, and material characteristics. The machine has the following features:

- U-shaped conveyor with CNC gantry with suction grippers for loading from part washing trays;
- drill point presence;
- multiple linear lengths;
- up to six notch measurements with orientation;
- multiple edge breaks measurements;
- surface profile measurements;
- multiple centerless ground diameters;
- virtual true position tunnel gauge;
- hardness detection;
- laser etch (Julian date/shift);
- 9 NG chutes;
- U-shaped conveyor with CNC gantry with suction grippers for unloading into packaging trays after inspection;
