New inspection machine and thread roller under the spotlights at wire 2018
Regg Inspection, leader in the manufacture of high quality inspections systems for fasteners, and its division Regg Rolling, specializing in thread rolling machines, would like to thank all new and acquired customers who have visited the corporate booth at wire 2018.
The trade show was a significant success for the two companies and great interest was aroused by the two machines on display: the inspection machine i300 Lean and the 3-dies thread rolling machine 3R40HD.
The new inspection machine i300 Lean is designed to inspect fasteners up to M12 x 100 mm shank length at high speed. The machine is equipped with side, top and shank high resolution cameras for the general controls on parts. The i300 machine can be also provided with automatic feeding systems and automatic packaging systems. All machines are connected via internet for a quick and effective customer support. The i300 3.0 “Lean” is the ideal solution for general fastener inspection, 100% made in Europe at a competitive price.
The 3-dies thread rolling machine 3R40HD is equipped with Direct Drive and zero backlash gear reducers on the three spindles for perfect die matching and quick set-up. All mechanical components have been designed with F.E.M. analysis to obtain the most rigid structure for less die wearing. Moreover, the machine is Siemens PLC-S7-300 controlled for easy maintenance and automation and all components can be easily replaced.
