REGG Inspection to LIFT OFF in the aerospace sector

REGG Inspection closed 2025 with an open house dedicated to the aerospace sector: the event, named LIFT OFF, confirmed the strong market interest in its inspection and rolling solutions critical applications.
From October 27 to November 7, the company opened its doors to customers, partners, and industry professionals, who had the opportunity to see REGG Inspection technologies operating live.
The real showstoppers, though, were the new 3R350HD rolling machine with induction heating system, the i600G inspection machine, and the Nano and Cube first article inspection systems.
Preview of the new 3R350HD rolling machine with induction heating system
REGG Rolling previewed a brand-new rolling machine: the 3R350HD. Designed for rolling high-strength materials such as Inconel 718, this system responds to the specific application requirements of the aerospace sector.
The integrated induction heating system enables more effective handling of exotic and high-strength steels, promoting optimized processing conditions and greater production continuity.
The 3R350HD is capable of rolling screws up to 2” in diameter, with a particular focus on structural robustness, repeatability, and process stability—key requirements when working on components intended for critical applications.
i600G model for complete fastener inspection with glass table
The automatic inspection machine i600G also scored significant success. This solution is designed for high-speed, high-precision inspection of components and fasteners such as screws, nuts, and rivets.
The machine is equipped with a glass table that allows total inspection on every side of the component.
Like all REGG Inspection machines, it delivers high performance thanks to a proprietary vision system with innovative Deep Learning-based features and an extremely rigid frame that ensures process stability — qualities that are well known and widely appreciated by industry professionals.
Nano and Cube first article inspection systems
The Nano and Cube first article inspection systems are designed to ensure fast and reliable checks with micrometric precision, meeting the quality control requirements typical of highly variable and critical production environments.
These solutions support the production department in dimensional and conformity checks, optimizing quality control phases and helping reduce inspection times. The result is increased overall process efficiency, without compromising measurement accuracy and reliability.
LIFT OFF: positive feedback from the open house
Throughout the open house, the REGG Inspection team engaged directly with visitors, involving them in live demos, informational sessions, and in-depth technical discussions. The event also represented an important opportunity to strengthen collaborations and partnerships, share application experience, and generate new development opportunities in an informal and stimulating environment.
The opportunity to observe the machines in operation, interact directly with the technical team, and closely assess build quality and performance generated particularly positive feedback. This confirmed that REGG Inspection solutions are fully aligned with the aerospace sector’s requirements in terms of innovation, reliability, and precision.
Towards 2026…
During 2026, REGG Inspection will introduce new developments in both inspection and rolling technologies.
The company is also planning two additional aerospace-focused Open Houses at its U.S. headquarters in Wixom, Michigan, and at the exhibition facility in Cerritos, California.
REGG Inspection works continuously to promote products of the highest quality and to keep them constantly up to date.
