PDQ is the line of rolling machines developed by REGG Rolling for rolling high-fin and corrugated tubes in copper, aluminum, and steel.

It is the fastest machine in its category, with a production capacity of 60 pieces per minute. All mechanical components have been designed using F.E.M. analysis to achieve a more rigid structure and therefore reduce die war. These rolling machines are also equipped with direct drive and zero backlash reducers on the two mandrels to speed up the initial setup and die matching.

The HMI interface with proprietary software simplifies the operator's life, allowing them to have all production parameters under control.
