For over 30 years, Eurotek has been designing and manufacturing high-performance extrusion tooling, serving manufacturers of electric cables, pipes, and extrusion line builders. The company offers a full range of solutions, customizable to match each customer’s production requirements.

Eurotek tools are compatible with a wide range of materials, from standard ones like PE, PVC, and PP, to advanced compounds such as HFFR, rubber, silicone, engineering polymers, and fluoropolymers. To ensure optimal performance and long service life, tooling can be made from:

• stainless steel with heat treatment
• tungsten carbide
• Hastelloy®
• stainless steel with tungsten carbide inserts
• stainless steel with polycrystalline diamond (PCD) inserts

Each project is developed in-house using state-of-the-art technology to ensure precision, reliability, and durability. On request, Eurotek provides custom laser markings—such as Data Matrix, QR codes, or barcodes—for optimal traceability.
