GMP Slovakia. Reels of every type. GMP Slovakia is worldwide leader in the production of reels for wires and cables. The great experienced people, the state of the art machines and the constant quality control are important details which allow GMP Slovakia to meet the most various request of the customer, which need not only a product’s supplier, but also an assistant which can solve their problems and which stay by their side always. GMP Slovakia range of products includes reels of big dimensions for the production of wire and cable as types SD-Structural Drum and CD-Corrugated Drum. Both types can be supplied in reinforced version for production or in lightweight version for transportation. Can be also supplied as a know down reel to reduce transport costs. Optional are balancing, hardened changeable bushings, lifting hooks, slots for fixing the cable and very important barrel and flange can have reinforcements for heavy duty process (drum twister). GMP Slovakia manufactures also reels for steel, copper, aluminium wire. Classical types are DW-Double Wall, HD-Heavy Duty, FM-Fully Machined, MR-Massive Reel. All types are machined on the winding surface to do not damage the wire and are dynamically balanced up to 50 m/sec speed. Further optional can be the wire accumulator system for continuous process, hardened changeable bushings, reinforced barrel. All dimensions are available, both DIN standard and out of standard as per customer’s need.
