• Ring Forming Machines (60 and 300): fully automatic machines for forming high-quality steel rings with a production capacity of 800 to 1200 rings per hour. The steel wire unwound from a spool is passed through a wire straightener and fed into bending rollers via a carousel powered by an electric servomotor. After bending, the wire is cut off and transported to the welding unit where the finished ring is completed.
