D200, the eco-friendly plastic spool by Spazzolplastica

In particular, the D200 plastic spool can accommodate up to 7 kg of welding wire, 2 kg more than the standard average, allowing significant cost reductions. Moreover, this model is extremely versatile. Indeed, two different-sized holes allow the hooking of the spools both in European and American welding machines.

- central hole: 52 mm;
- internal quotes: 63,2 mm and 63,9 mm;
- material: PC/ABS, ABS, PS (Recycled or First choice);
- suitable both for high precision and random winding;
- in compliance with UNI EN ISO 544:2018 (DIN 8559/ISO864);
- possibility to add customized grooves.

The majority of the corporate plastic spools production (98%), including the D200 7 kg, is made of a 100%-recycled blend of PC/ABS. Each plastic spool can also be re-ground: waste-free solutions mean near-zero environmental footprints.
