Spazzolplastica to launch its new D300 plastic spool for welding wire

With more than 40 years of consolidated experience in the field, Spazzolplastica is among the leading suppliers of support equipment for the wire industry.

After the presentation of the BS300 wire basket with increased capacity and the D200 spool for both European and American machines, the company is now launching the new D300 plastic spool for up to 15 kg of welding wire. This innovative product features a unique design: the alternate full spokes allow to easily label the spool’s flat part, significantly streamlining the logistics operations. Just as the rest of the corporate offer, the new model is extremely versatile and can be used on any type of take-up machine, whether it is fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual.
Moreover, the D300 boasts a special wire-locking clip between the two flanges. With this addition, securing the end of the wire to the spool will no longer be necessary!
The spool is available in two versions, with or without grooves, as needed. Custom grooving is also possible.

- central hole: 52 mm;
- internal dimensions: 90.0 / 90.5 / 90.6 / 90.4 mm (depending on the grooves);
- material: PC/ABS, ABS, PS (Recycled or First choice);
- complies with ISO 544:2018 (DIN 8559/ISO864);
- ideal for high precision and random winding;
- grooves: 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.6 mm.

Being 100% recycled, the special PC/ABS blend used for the D300 is the icing on the cake. All Spazzolplastica spools are environmentally friendly since they can be completely reground.
