Teknospool Srl integrates Spazzolplastica and strengthens its market position

A strategic step focused on continuity, transparency and supply chain integration

Spazzolplastica is now officially operating as a Business Unit of Teknospool Srl, following the merger completed in December 2025. The company has adopted the new corporate name Teknospool Srl, while maintaining unchanged operational structure, production sites and commercial references.

This integration reinforces the group’s industrial footprint in the plastics sector dedicated to the welding wire industry. By consolidating production capacity, technical know-how and internal processes, Teknospool strengthens its ability to guarantee consistent product quality, optimized lead times and structured customer support. The objective is clear: ensure operational continuity while improving supply chain efficiency and expanding development capabilities for wire basket spools, plastic spools and drums.

Alongside the rebranding, Spazzolplastica has introduced a significant update to its product catalogue, launching solutions developed in response to customer needs:

• Konik drum: new capacity options aligned with evolving market requirements.

• BS200: expanded range with different diameters for specific technical applications.

• Advanced logistics: new palletizing solutions for drums and accessories, designed to improve handling, storage and transport efficiency.
