From 3D printing to new generators: CEIA charts its course for 2026

For CEIA Induction Heating Systems, 2026 begins under the banner of innovation and strategic growth.

The company is preparing to take part in Samuexpo (Pordenone, February 5–7) and MECSPE (Bologna, March 4–6), two key industry events in Italy where the company will present the latest advances in induction heating technology and outline its development plans for the year ahead.

Technological innovation: 3D printing and new insulation systems

Among its main innovations, at the trade fairs CEIA will showcase its 3D printing service for electromagnetic coils and the new electrical insulation system—two solutions that enhance component efficiency and durability while paving the way for greater customization of heating processes.

Thanks to 3D printing, CEIA can now optimize coil geometry and reduce development times, ensuring higher heating precision and even more stable process repeatability.

CEIA generator lines in action

During both exhibitions, visitors will be able to attend live demonstrations on automatic heating systems, featuring real-time tests of the SA80 medium-frequency generators, the SA400 medium-high-frequency generators, and the Series 900 high-frequency models.

These systems represent the evolution of CEIA’s technology, long recognized as a benchmark for reliability, energy efficiency, and precise process control.

A 2026 plan focused on growth and innovation

For CEIA, 2026 will be a year of consolidation and expansion, with targeted investments in new production technologies, digitalization, and improved after-sales services.

Our main goal,” CEIA states, “is to keep improving. Even though we are already recognized as a leading company in the production of induction heating systems, we will continue to invest in new manufacturing technologies that allow us to further enhance the service we provide to our current and future customers.

The CEIA team ready to meet visitors

At Samuexpo and MECSPE, CEIA will be represented by Andrea Bertizzolo (sales manager of Northern Italy), engineer Roberto Ronzani, and Mirko Mazzi (sales manager for Central and Southern Italy).

Those wishing to discover CEIA’s latest solutions and see the systems in action will have the opportunity to do so at Samuexpo, Hall 4 – Booth 04, and at MECSPE, Hall 30 – Booth E59.
