How to recover up to 70% of lubricant

Thanks to a partnership with PWT Limited from New Zealand, Tramev is now entitled to sell throughout Europe the Quantum™– LCM™ unit, capable of recovering discard lubricant, removing contaminants – and leaving purified lubricant ready to be used again.

The main advantage consists in the possibility to reduce wastage with a 65 – 70% lubricant recovery rate, saving on lubricant purchases and disposal costs.

A return on investment is generally achieved within 9 months from installation.
It is important to know that the quality of the recovered lubricant is equal to the one of the new product.

Further benefits achievable by using LCM™ are higher wire drawing speeds, reduction of die wear, breakages and downtimes of the drawing machine, and a better wire quality (the wire gets a higher tensile strength).
