Shears, welding machines, coil lifting systems, and inline drawing lines: Tramev solutions on stage

Tramev, the Italy-based manufacturer with over four decades of experience in the wire and cable industry, will be exhibiting at wire Düsseldorf 2026, taking place from April 13 to 17. The company will be located in Hall 11, Booth D77.

The product line covers cutting, straightening, and bending of metal wire, cables, strands, and fasteners such as bolts and nuts, providing operators with reliable solutions across a wide variety of applications.

Equipment developed through partnership

Beyond shears, Tramev has expanded its equipment range over the years in direct response to challenges encountered throughout the wire and cable production chain. Coil and bobbin handling grippers, for example, deliver significant time savings in material handling operations, while protective solutions such as strapping rubber tubes help safeguard finished products during the final stages of manufacturing.

At this year's edition of wire Düsseldorf, Tramev will showcase a variety of products and solutions, including:

• inline drawing lines for the fastener industry, handling diameters from 6 mm up to 35 mm;
• a new battery-powered straightener for wire up to 32 mm;
• a new range of butt welding machines for diameters up to Ø32 mm alongside a newly developed vertical welding machine;
• coil and bobbin lifting clamps with a capacity of up to 4 tonnes;
• unwinders and tilting machines for wire rod.
