TRAMEV: ASR 30 – Self aligning, self stopping  wire rod decoiler.

This decoiler has a floor fixed frame containing an horiziontal sliding platform on ball bearings. Platform move forward to push coil head in the production machine, then slide back in the work position. Two hydrailic cilinders, keeps platform firmly in position or allows a slide forward, stopping machine to prevent wire rod or decoiler breakage.
An hydraulic vertical lifter on the platform allows the decoiler to follow height reduction of wire rod coil, moving up all the system to the work axis. Two remote photoelectric cell drives the vertical alignment.
Platform is also 90° tilted from vertical to horizontal position to allow an easy wire rod coil load on the decoiler by fork lift or crane.

Loading on the horiziontal tilted decoiler; Horizontal slide to allow wire insertion and breakage prevention; Vertical lifter remote controlled by photoelectric cell.

This decoiler is the most advanced technology for: drawing lines, cold header machines, chain producers.
