Tramev launches a new series of butt welding machines
Thanks to its wide experience in the wire industry, Tramev developed an extensive range of manual and automatic butt welders.
Compared to the previous series, the H-Line is a new generation butt welding machine that assures energy savings, increased productivity and reliability while improving the quality of the final product.
Compact and easy to use, Tramev welders are able to weld cables up to 39 mm.
The automatic series (H) works with a PLC, which memorize the programs for each type of steel rod processed. In this way, the operator does not have to setup the machine for every new processing, thus eliminating down time and providing cost savings.
All Tramev welding machines are equipped with the most modern security systems, such as: four-wheeled base unit with safety lever, grinding device for welding seam deburring and clamping jaws that allow for the welding function and the annealing procedure.
