Tungsten carbide parts and coatings by Cemanco

Tungsten carbide has a very high resistance to deformation and deflection and is two to three times more rigid than steel. Cemanco, a company with more than 25 years in the field, uses this material to provide a wide range of parts and coatings to the wire, cable, textile & automotive industries.

In the wide product line of Cemanco you can find eyelets, descaling rolls, ring guides and buncher guides for a variety of models of machines. Custom designed parts are also available.

In addition to the solid tungsten carbide parts Cemanco now offers tungsten carbide coatings on steel and aluminum parts. A hard metal coating provide the same toughness of a solid tungsten carbide part, but at a lower price point. The coating thickness varies based on the size of the part, but is between 0.5mm to 3mm, with a hardness of 91 HRA, and a mirror polish to keep friction at a minimum.
