The American company has always been committed to an "Any System, Any Part" ideology that has led to the creation of the revolutionary Dead Block Straightener, based on the successful LD Series of straighteners.
This lightweight aluminum wire straightener will improve efficiency, life expectancy, and eliminate operational downtimes, providing a simple yet cost-effective solution.
A unique seal keeps the high-speed grease within the bearings, thus further reducing the wear of the rolls. Bearings and labyrinth seals were specifically engineered to resist centrifugal forces while processing wire at speeds up to 40m/s.
Furthermore, Sjogren Industries’ rolls are interchangeable and are available in different roll designs, with either Vee Groove or Radius Groove profiles.
