FAR authorized service centers: technical support everywhere in the world!

The relationship with the buyer does not end once the sale is concluded: this is well known by FAR, an Italy-based company specializing in the production of riveting tools, inserts, and rivets, which offers ad hoc maintenance technical support and repair in its many service centers scattered around the world.

In Europe, FAR boasts after-sales service locations both in Switzerland and Poland: the authorized FAR repair center at HFT Fasteners AG (Hünenberg - German-speaking Switzerland) offers both fast and efficient technical support.

There are two service centers in Poland: one in Lębork (Gdańsk) and one in the capital, Warsaw. In the northern part of the country, technical assistance is provided by UNIBIS Group in accordance with the company's certified quality protocol on assembly lines, portable tools, and original spare parts for FAR automated and customized systems. In Warsaw, services are offered by SEEN Distribution: "The internship at the FAR Technical Training Center in Bologna was very fruitful due to focused training on the repair and maintenance of many FAR tools."

3 additional FAR service centers are located in the Americas, namely two in the States and one in Mexico. After years of collaboration and a training course at the company headquarters in Bologna, PATKOM TOOLS & SERVICES S.A. DE C.V. became the first authorized FAR center in Central America, in the Mexican city of Monterrey (Nuevo León).

In Owosso (Michigan), a FAR repair center for buyers in the Midwest, specializing in service on assembly lines, portable tools, and original spare parts is REPNEU TOOL & SUPPLY. The second U.S. hub is located in Fort Worth, near Dallas, Texas: Aero Tool Services is the facility that handles training, maintenance, repair, emergency service, and spare parts for every FAR product, including customized products.
