Inoxdadi Srl, fasteners in special steels and high-performance alloys since 1973

Founded in 1973, Inoxdadi Srl is today one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and distributors of nuts, bolts, washers, threaded rods, and fastening systems in stainless steel, brass, titanium, aluminum, as well as special and exotic steels. The company operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, ensuring controlled processes, consistent traceability, and high product reliability.

An infrastructure growing alongside customers

Inoxdadi operates on a total area of approximately 20,000 sqm, with more than 7,000 sqm covered. The production plant, extending over about 4,000 sqm, is located in Gallignano (CR, Italy), while offices and warehouse facilities—covering around 5,000 sqm—are based in Barbata, just 3 km from the BREBEMI highway exit and easily accessible from Milan. A major expansion project is currently underway at the production site, aimed at doubling the covered area and further upgrading the machine shop. This development supports increasing customer demand and enhances production flexibility.

With over 40 years of experience in the fastener sector, the company serves a consolidated portfolio of long-standing customers, offering a complete range of standard and special fasteners, including custom-made components manufactured according to customer drawings.

The 5,000 sqm warehouse allows the storage of a wide assortment of items, ensuring high availability and short delivery times. A qualified and experienced logistics team guarantees fast, accurate, and flexible shipments.

Investments in production and quality control

Inoxdadi has made continuous investments in its production department, introducing new 5- and 6-station cold forming presses, a sorting machine equipped with four optical cameras, and an advanced in-house laboratory.

Quality control equipment includes a fixed gas spectrometer, two mobile X-ray spectrometers, and machinery for mechanical testing. This infrastructure enables strict quality monitoring, very low PPM levels, and full compliance with customer and industry requirements. Continuous staff training further supports process optimization and production performance.

High-performance materials and special alloys

Inoxdadi manufactures and supplies a wide range of certified high-performance materials, including austenitic and heat-resistant stainless steels such as A304, A316, A304L, A316L, A316Ti, A316LM, A309, A310, A314, A321, and A904L. The portfolio also includes special EN steels (1.4529, 1.4435, 1.4539, 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4501, 254 SMO), Duplex and Superduplex grades, and high-nickel alloys such as Alloy 600, 601, 825, 20, 59, 800, 800H, as well as Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Nimonic, and Monel (400 and K500). The range is completed by titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5, copper, brass, aluminum, and materials for critical applications, including A194 Gr.8, Gr.8M, Gr.2H, Gr.2HM, Gr.4, Gr.7, Gr.7M, A410, and Alloy Gr.660.

All materials are supplied with full traceability and mill test certificates, ensuring high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and performance at high temperatures. These characteristics make Inoxdadi fasteners suitable for highly aggressive environments and applications subject to severe thermal cycling.

Inoxdadi solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including petrochemical and valve manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace, nuclear energy, chemical processing, pollution control, industrial furnaces, gas turbines, heat exchangers, desalination plants, and waste treatment facilities.

Quality today, industry 5.0 tomorrow

Product quality and continuous process improvement remain central to Inoxdadi’s strategy. The company is gradually moving toward Industry 5.0, combining advanced manufacturing technologies with human expertise.

That said, the end goal remains customer satisfaction.
