Custom-designed special fasteners

Piloni Srl manufactures cold-formed special fasteners upon customer request, with diameters from 2 mm to 14 mm and lengths from 4 mm to 160 mm.

The range includes threaded pins with spherical or hexagonal heads, pins with safety grooves, shaped screws, screws with round or cylindrical heads, special studs, and pins with complex geometries for particular applications. Also available are dowels, solid and tubular rivets, and items with additional processing such as grooves, threads, bends, and flattening.

The company works with low and medium carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, copper, and brass, to provide customized solutions based on the technical requirements of each application.

Piloni can also supply parts with specific heat and surface treatments, to improve mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
