Custom-designed special pins

Piloni Srl specializes in the production of pins based on customer drawings, made through cold forming of metal wire. More specifically, the company manufactures and sells custom-designed pins, wheel pins, as well as solid or semi perforated riveting pins, with pre-assembled sheet metal plates.

Solid, semi-tubular, and tubular pins are available, with grooves, knurling, and special threads. The company, based in Lecco, can manufacture any type of pin with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 14 mm and lengths from 3 mm to 160 mm.

Furthermore, Piloni offers a complete range of pins for twin and swivel wheels, industrial trolley wheels, and furniture wheels.

Thanks to an in-house department dedicated to mold design and engineering, the company can produce a wide range of special products based on drawings.
