Technopartner brings the latest in mechanics and electronics to E-TECH 2025

At E-TECH 2025 in Bologna, April 15–16, Technopartner will showcase its latest solutions for the mechanical and electronic sectors, highlighting two product lines designed to meet the most advanced production needs.
Mechanical division: new Battery Tool line
For the mechanical division, the company will introduce the new Battery Tool line, an advanced and up-to-date solution for installing rivet nuts and blind rivets on thin sheet metal.
The new models stand out for their compact and balanced design (weighing only 1.5 kg), and operate without electric or pneumatic connections. This makes them highly versatile for use across multiple workstations and on-site applications. Their ergonomic build and easy handling also make them well-suited for operators working in environments with varied production needs.
Each unit is equipped with electronic adjustment for quick and precise setting across different applications and can operate in both manual and automatic modes. The kit includes two rechargeable batteries and a complete set of tools for inserts ranging from M3 to M12. Technopartner also provides technical consulting and direct after-sales support. The Battery Tool line will be available for demos and hands-on testing at the Technopartner stand during E-TECH 2025.
Electronics division: Oval Clip-It Cores and Oval Snap-It Cores
As for the electronics division, Technopartner will showcase its latest magnetic components: the Oval Clip-It Cores and Oval Snap-It Cores, known for their power, performance, and reliability.
Compared to traditional round models, these oval ferrites offer several advantages, making them suitable for a broad range of electronic and industrial applications. Their particular shape is ideal for building common-mode chokes that suppress noise from motors, power supplies, and other sources, while allowing two side-by-side cables to pass through. The design also functions as a filter for inductive circuits, helping to reduce unwanted frequencies and enhance both signal and power quality.
Oval Clip-It and Snap-It Cores provide higher impedance per unit volume, a more compact form factor, multiple mounting options, and an automotive-grade build for durability under harsh conditions.
They also feature improved magnetic coupling and support higher maximum temperatures than round Snap-It types, ensuring stable performance in demanding environments. These cores are especially effective for setups involving multiple cables, conductors, bus bars, or heavy-gauge wires in complex electronic and industrial systems.
With its wide range of innovations for mechanics and electronics, Technopartner confirms itself as a key player in industrial innovation. Industry professionals are invited to Hall 21, stand B92, to explore the features of the company’s new products, attend live demonstrations, and meet the technical team to identify the best solutions for their production needs.
